Welcome to Darul Arqam

Since its establishment in 2001 Darul Arqam Madrasah has been running as a famous educational institute in Bagerhat, Bangladesh. Darul Arqam’s main objective is to prepare students as complete human being by giving them the facility to memorize and understand the Holy Quran and giving them all necessary education alongside. The curriculum of this madrasah is highly encouraged by the works & guidelines (Islamization of Education) of Late Shah Sufi Dr. Syed Ali Ashraf (pbuh).  Here, the students are encouraged to complete hifz-ul-quran within six years alongside other general and islamic studies.

Besides memorizing the holy quran, they can pursue other branches of knowledge in general subjects such as Arabic Language, Fikh, Hadith, Tafsir, English, Bangla, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Computer etc. at Ibtedai level. The target of this madrasah is to prepare students in a way that after completing Higher Secondary Education they become eligible for getting themselves admitted to respective branches of any University as per their ability besides memorizing the holy quran and learning essential religious knowledge. So far, hundreds of students have completed their early education from this madrasah and about 300 students are currently studying and now the number of teachers is 8. Alhamdulillah, many of our ex-students are currently serving in various institutions.
